Workplace Diversity

In an increasingly globalized economy, workplaces are also increasingly more diverse. Upon completion of this learning event, employees will demonstrate knowledge of working in a diverse workplace and how they can turn perceived differences to the company’s advantage. Employees will learn to define workplace diversity, recognize the challenges of managing and working with diverse people, and recognize its benefits. This course is designed to aid the employer in meeting the EEOC Standards.
