Incident Investigation
While larger companies have highly-trained Safety and Health officers, many small businesses must recruit someone from within the company to implement programs and policies. Upon completion of this learning event, the small business safety officer will demonstrate knowledge of incident investigations and their basic performance. Employees will learn when to perform an investigation, who should be involved, what to ask, who to ask, and the proper steps to meet the company’s goals. This course provides information to aid the employer in meeting OSHA Standard 29 CFR Subpart E. In addition to this course, the employer may be interested in the Performing Safety Audits, Job Safety Analysis, and Slips, Trips and fall courses.
