Root Cause Analysis (RCA) may be a comprehensive term encompassing a set of problem solving methods wont to identify the important explanation for a non-conformance or quality problem. Root Cause Analysis is that the process of defining, understanding and solving a drag. The root cause has also been described as an underlying or fundamental explanation for a non-conformance, defect or failure.
