HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment)

Risk means a combination of the likelihood of an occurrence of a hazardous event with specified period or in specified circumstances and the severity of injury or damage to the health of individuals, property, environment or any combination of those caused by the event. Risk assessment means the method of evaluating the risks to safety and health arising from hazards at work. Risk management means the entire procedure related to identifying a hazard, assessing the danger, fixing place control measures, and reviewing the outcomes.
