WHY Construction Safety is Important?
Not only does construction site safety decrease the danger of injuries to the general public, but it also reduces the danger of work-related injuries and accidents. OSHA estimates that almost 1 / 4 of all work-related fatalities occur within the housing industry, and lots of more injuries that don't cause death occur also. Falls, being struck by an object, electrocution, or being caught in between equipment, is the four commonest causes of accidental deaths and other injuries. Having a culture of safety reduces the danger of those sorts of accidents.
